Chocolate Ball Mill

  • The chocolate ball mill is one of the methods of thinning the content of the chocolate. The desired fineness in chocolate is in the range of 18-30 microns.
  • The ball mixer makes efficient thinning due to its the special hardened mixer and balls feature. While the product is circulating with the chocolate pump and 3-way valve, it is also designed according to the product purchase.
  • As a result of the friction of the balls, heat is released and the solenoid valve is positioned to balance this heat. In case of overheating, the valve allows cold water inlet, and when the machine reaches normal operating temperature, the valve closes the water inlet.
  • Manufactured between 0.1 m³ and 1 m³.
